Does Minene Pram Liner fit my pram?
Yes. Our Pram liners are universal fit - they have multiple slats to fit different prams and strollers with different straps. They all measure at: 35cm width and 74cm length. All our Pram liners have a stretch band behind that goes around the frame of the Pram and stops the liner from sliding down or side to side. This feature is not usable in reclining position in such prams as Valco Snap Ultra or YoYo, where the canopy stretches back for reclining.
What are the shipping/delivery options?
We use Australia Post to send out all orders made in Australia, using standard Parcel Post.

When will my order be delivered?
All goods are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment (business days, excluding weekends) and are typically delivered within 1-10 business days. If you need urgent delivery, or have special instructions please just let us know.
What if I no longer require the order or need an exchange?
If you change your mind, you must contact us immediately and we will check if your order has been dispatched. If your orders has been dispatched but can be recalled, we are happy to do so, however will not include the delivery within your refund.
How do I return an item?
We know that sometimes the products you purchase online may differ in size or colour to what you originally thought or sometimes you just change your mind, that’s why we offer you a full refund for unworn and unused items, returned within 15 working days of delivery in their original packaging and all their tags/labels still attached.
It is your responsibility to pay for return postage and ensure you get PROOF OF POSTAGE in case the parcel gets lost in transit. Without this we are unable to refund you. Ideally a tracked postal service is best to ensure we receive your item/s back.
Please note that we can only exchange the size or colour of the garment returned. If you wish to receive a different item please place a separate order online which will be shipped within 2-5 working days.
Returns are processed within 10 working days once received.
