Deliveries and returns
We use Australia Post to send out all orders made in Australia, using standard Parcel Post.
Standard delivery (with tracking) - $8.00
Shipping in Australia is free when you spend $75 or more in one transaction.
All goods are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment (business days, excluding weekends) and are typically delivered within 1-10 business days. If you need urgent delivery, or have special instructions please just let us know. Once posted, we have no control over how long your order takes to arrive. If you advise that you would like your parcel left without requiring a signature (Authority to Leave), we are in no way responsible for the loss of the parcel or failure to deliver the parcel.
Returns, Refunds And Exchanges
Returns and exchanges for change of mind purchases: If you want to return or exchange a product for ‘change of mind’ or another similar reason you must contact us within 7 days of delivery of the product and we must have received the product within 14 days of the date of delivery. Returns sent after this time will not be honoured. Please note that any merchandise bought using a promotional code or during a sale is non refundable and/or non exchangeable.
If you are returning a product for any of the reasons set out above, please provide us with the following details:
1. describe the fault with the product.
2. indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
3. provide us with proof of purchase.
4. stop using the product as soon as you notice the fault.
The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Any items that have been worn or used are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the item has arrived damaged). If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.
We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received, your store credit will be processed within five (5) business days.
If you would like to exchange an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, product you ordered and what you would like to exchange it for. Please note that a separate, new order may be required. If we have the item in stock we will ship out your exchange as soon as we receive your return. We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all criteria listed above for what is deemed an ‘acceptable return’. We will ship the exchange to you at our expense.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise. Please contact us at email@example.com for details of how to return your item for a replacement or refund. Please note that we are unable to refund items, which have small variations in colour and pattern. We are unable to accept returns on items after 3 business days. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt. Items damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted. All goods must be unworn and unused in order for exchange or refund to take place.
